TESTING AND QUALITY ASSURANCE

We have a well-established Quality Control System, aiming at producing upto customer’s quality requirements, not by scanning out NG products.

As stated in our Mission, to provide integrated services from design and manufacturing, competitive price and efficient delivery lead time with use of updating innovation and technology to service our customer in mutual benefit.

Starting from Production Engineering, documents are released to guide / describe on production parameters and procedures, they are also responsible for improving production and making recommendations on toolings.

Departments of IQC, QC and QA work independently but closely together to check on qualities of every input and output.

Testing equipment plays an important role in ensuring accuracy of quality reports. In the Laboratory, we have shielded chambers, CMM machines, video inspection system, environmental chambers, Hi-pot testers, etc to centralize resources and provide quick and accurate measuring reports.
