The tooling shop occupies a total area of 1400 square metres, making plastic injection and metal stamping moulds.  350 technicians and workers are working 24 hours to provide the quickest and flexibility to customers.

 In additon to ordinary milling and grinding machines, the shop is equipped with 7 CNC machines, including a high-speed CNC from Germany, with which we can work on hardened moulds directly;

Besides, VDI textures is made feasible by our EDM machines from Agie and Charmilles, and EDM wire-cut machines are used for precision millings

         The engineers in our Tool Design Department are able to provide 2D and 3D mould drawings in 7 to 10 days after receiving product design.  CAD/CAM programs are also being used in our CNC control Room.
