Plastic Injection
Being in the industries for decades, Eagle Group have an experienced team. Not only with advanced equipment, but we are also experienced in production management with a first- class technical team.
To meet various production needs, our group has different types of injection rooms, e.g., Air-conditioned injection rooms, Clean Room etc. We have injection machines from 50T to 800T. Among the 162 high precision injection machines , there’s high-speed Electrical injection machines, double injection machines.
In order to improve the yield rate and lower the management cost, all injection machines are equipped with robotic arms. Auto-line and feeding system are also in-place to drive the automatic production.
We have 17 double-injection machines, from 180T to 530T. Not only we could implement double injection, but also Triple Injection.
Our air-conditioned rooms, focus on the production of Transparent components, white parts and high precision products, are equipped with 26 injection machines, from 60T to 230T.
The Group owns 110 hydraulic and high-speed electrical injection machines, from 50T to 800T, which fits for the production with general or engineering plastic resin.
